TIME TOO PAUSES

Those drifting thoughts like a floating leaf

Are lulling me slowly towards hypnotized sleep

It brings with it, deep silence within

Though heart initially, fluctuated rhythm

Wild beats get silent and stop to pluck

The strings of heart, in bed well tucked

My eyes don’t blink stay glued like time

That statue game I played when nine

What causes this, I sit to think

Come back to earth with a slightest blink

Rest world was moving playing around

I too was playing though fixed to ground

Peaceful those moments drowned in silence

Mind’s chattering monkeys vanish in such ambience

Time can, stay still and stop to tick

Yes time stays still, Oh! what a trick

Time frozen with a shutter’s click.
