MY SOUL ENLIGHTENING
I am old
But look young
to others
Sixty three years
touched
various weathers
It is the glowing happiness
That covers the wrinkles
It is the peace within
That makes eyes to twinkle
So many, those years
that were drowned
in tears
Cheeks dehydrated
by salty trails
That dried and turned
to a wrinkled veil
I lifted the veil
and threw it away
It was suffocating
me to slowly decay
I let
Sun burn roses
in my cheeks
Moon dust in eyes
laughingly sneaked
My lips no longer
dry and blue
I drank in tons
the morning dew
I am old
But look young
to others
Sixty three years
touched
various weathers
Happiness is shining
Happiness is blinding
My soul enlightening.
