HEY LIFE! WHAT FOR ARE YOU?
Many a times life appeared a joke
I just laugh it away having a chilled coke
At times a heartless enemy
I keep myself fully alert in serenity
At times it brings too much pain
I wait for it to rain and wash it away in drain
At times brings questioning happiness
I start thinking about its past nastiness
At times it appears a loving friend
My armour slowly grows to self defend
Life how can I sincerely trust you
I have tasted all coffees you brew
Neither could I ever love you
I hate you and this is very much true
How unpredictable you are
Just like those shooting stars
I cannot make my wishes happen
Ever you are ready to it dampen
Life what do you want from me
I am simply fed up, let me be free
Life! What exactly is your need in my life
I lived several roles and also a mother and wife
My lived life appears to me a joke
Many you cursed with a heart or a cerebral stroke
I have no respect for you sincerely
Somehow I am living you life, observingly.
