AUTUMN’S AURA
Monsoon goes, so do the days of agony
Paving the way for the Queen’s entry
For the autumn falls and the falls of colour
The magical season has come to deliver
Non stop I stare, non stop I gaze
At red, yellow, orange and brown in amaze
Getting intoxicated as my sad soul dines
On the purple, maroon and burgundy wines
See the leaves are ablaze fully on fire
Youths and elders burning with desire
Draping the earth with a colourful stole
For lovers to roll , the elders to stroll
Kids jump on the leaves with merciless glee
Trees naked they stand feeling pure and free
Hearts waiting for the haunting autumn’s aura
To appear again in the green flora.
