If you ask me casually
What is your world?
I would say certainly
“Books” is my world

In my hands anxious
When I hold the book
Your “being” precious
Flows like a brook

I go through word after word
At some page I stare
Dear you’re my world
That takes my care

The book is a treasure
In that world you’re gem
Your value beyond any measure
You’re my true partner
in this worldly game

You’re my wonderful world
Where fails common logic
Dear! take my word, you’re my world
Like a fairy tale you do magic

This is our lovely story
Written in every chapter
That’s not history
At present, you my world
sought after

In life’s open book
I’m finding meaning of world
But every word of the book
Telling “You’re my world “

In your embrace
I enjoy my rightful world
Why should I be
after heavenly world?
