SOUND OF SILENCE

My world seems dead

with no sound around

When there was sound

I hid in silence

Now there is only

silence around

I search for, sound of silence

I search to see some life around

Something of everything

Is needed in life

Even a lifeless brother

whose breaths are alive

The sounds of breaths were

sounds of life

There crops an alien feeling

In me

Now with a new set of eyes

I see

Is it the sound or the silence, I want

Silence is deafening

When there is no

sound around

Is this a new test

You set again

With every test

You say I gain

But you are taking away

what all you gave

For whom am I a

take away.

For whom will I be

taken away.
